Fazaia Housing scheme Aviation City is a well structured high-end housing project of Pakistan Air Force. The project is going to be a blend of modern construction and unique features of international standards. The main feature of the project includes:-

AIR UNIVERSITY

In order to provide high standard of education to the residents of scheme and to support existing aviation industry in Kamra, construction of Air University is underway at Fazaia Housing Scheme. The university is spreading over an area of 450 Kanal. The construction is set to complete and classes will be commenced in 2021.

GOLF COURSE

An international standard 18 holes golf course with healthy natural environment has also been a part of Fazaia Housing Scheme Aviation City Kamra. The course would be utilized for social activities benefitting the community like trails for jogging, entertainment. In this context, the existing 9 holes golf course of PAC will be extended to 18 holes. We have planned to design a golf course that transforms the current flat site to a stimulating environment for golf lovers, while creating panoramic views for the luxury houses that surround our mini golf course.

COMMUNITY CENTER

The initiative of the community center is to offer a place where all members of the Fazaia Housing community from young to old, can meet for various activities. Fazaia Housing community center offers an endless list of positives. It offers a place for people to congregate with like agendas, such as concerts, exhibitions, lectures & seminars, adult and children’s games, voting booths, community meetings, community dinner, Guest Rooms and much more. Scheduled games offer kids the opportunity to show off their talents. Kids need a place to gather and feel like they belong. FHS Community center is a valuable asset to FHS residents, in that it gets neighbors together for the betterment of the community, fighting the cause for a crime free and healthy neighborhood. Community center will also constitute a hall specified for social get-togethers.
